MoneyBridge Kansas is a student-led nonprofit project that provides free, engaging financial literacy education to middle and high school students across Kansas.
OUR STORY
MoneyBridge Kansas was founded after observing a stark reality: thousands of high school students graduate each year without knowing how to manage a paycheck, build credit, or budget for college expenses.
Recognizing this gap, a passionate group of Kansas students came together to create practical, relatable financial workshops. We believed that student mentors could break down complex money topics in ways traditional textbooks never could.
Today, MoneyBridge Kansas operates as a student-led initiative fiscally sponsored by HCB / The Hack Foundation (a registered 501(c)(3)), dedicated to serving schools, libraries, and youth groups statewide at zero cost.
Every Kansas student deserves practical financial education regardless of where they attend school or their family's income.
By removing cost barriers and partnering directly with educators, we empower young Kansans to navigate real-world money decisions with confidence and independence.
